WonderABA Mentorship Program

 

The WonderABA Mentorship Program guides aspiring behavior analysts and technicians from entry-level roles to professional excellence. Employees gain structured supervision aligned with BACB standards, building clinical, ethical, and leadership skills.

Participants benefit from individualized coaching, group learning opportunities, and hands-on experience, all while delivering high-quality services to children and families in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The goal is to develop compassionate, skilled clinicians ready to make a meaningful impact.

Assistant Clinician

Assistant Clinicians are graduate students preparing to become BCBAs or recent graduates pursuing licensure. These team members demonstrate clinical excellence and decision-making skills while participating in program design, supervision, and caregiver collaboration under the guidance of a BCBA Mentor.
