What is ABA?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a science based on the principles of learning and behavior. ABA therapy focuses on improving specific behaviors, such as social skills, communication, and academics as well as daily living skills, such as hygiene, grooming, domestic capabilities, community skills, and even job competence. ABA is effective for children and adults with developmental needs in a variety of settings, including schools, homes, clinics, and the community. It has been shown that consistent ABA services can significantly improve outcomes for individuals with autism. Read more about ABA here.
