WonderABA Mentorship Program:  Learn, Grow, Lead

 

The WonderABA Mentorship Program is designed to guide aspiring behavior analysts from student to skilled professional. While working in clinical roles, employees receive structured supervision aligned with BACB standards, supporting the development of clinical, ethical, and leadership skills. Participants benefit from one-on-one supervision, group learning experiences, and exam preparation, all while delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children and families in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Our goal is to prepare future BCBAs to succeed not only on the exam but also as compassionate, skilled clinicians and leaders within WonderABA.

WonderABA also offers a clear professional growth plan for every level of employee, fostering advancement and long-term career opportunities in the field of ABA therapy. The professional track includes the following roles:

Behavior Analyst

We seek dedicated BCBAs to join our center and community-based teams. Behavior Analysts design evidence-based programs, supervise and train BTs and RBTs, and collaborate to establish adaptive, positive learning environments. Clinicians are encouraged to continue professional growth through mentorship and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Lead Behavior Analyst

Outstanding BCBAs have the opportunity to become Lead Behavior Analysts. In this role, they provide training and mentorship to BTs, RBTs, and graduate students, support center-wide professional development initiatives, and collaborate with the Center Director to strengthen workplace culture and learning outcomes.

Senior Behavior Analyst

Senior Behavior Analysts bring advanced clinical expertise and a passion for promoting high-quality ABA services. They mentor newer BCBAs, contribute to program quality, and play a key role in organization-wide clinical excellence initiatives.

Center Director

Center Directors oversee all clinical and operational aspects of their center as well as affiliated home and community programs. They provide mentorship to BCBAs, apply principles of Organizational Behavior Management to ensure quality outcomes, and work closely with administrative and clinical leadership to maintain consistent standards in clinical excellence, performance, and workplace culture.
