WonderABA Mentorship Program

The WonderABA Mentorship Program guides aspiring behavior analysts and technicians from entry-level roles to professional excellence. Employees gain structured supervision aligned with BACB standards, building clinical, ethical, and leadership skills.

Participants benefit from individualized coaching, group learning opportunities, and hands-on experience, all while delivering high-quality services to children and families in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The goal is to develop compassionate, skilled clinicians ready to make a meaningful impact.

New technicians receive mentorship and hands-on training through center-based learning opportunities, with ongoing guidance to build essential clinical skills.

RBT® (Registered Behavior Technician)

Technicians are supported through RBT training, supervision, and competency development, ensuring each team member successfully earns their RBT® credential.

Peer Leader

Peer Leaders provide mentorship and guidance to new RBTs, serving as role models during onboarding and shadowing sessions to foster skill development and confidence.

Center Lead RBT®

Center Lead RBTs take on leadership within the center, mentoring the technician team, assisting with professional trainings, and supporting the mission and values of WonderABA through effective team guidance.

These team members demonstrate clinical excellence and decision-making skills while participating in program design, supervision, and caregiver collaboration under the guidance of a BCBA Mentor.
